The Red Hedgehog – Ticketing Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events hosted at The Red Hedgehog ("the Venue").
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any specific regulations of the Venue.
2. Ticket Purchase & Resale
2.1 All ticket prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
2.2 Tickets are valid only for the specific date, time, and performance stated on the ticket or booking confirmation.
2.3 Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Any ticket experienced or suspected of being resold for a premium will become void, and the holder will be refused entry without a refund.
3. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
3.1 Strict No-Refund Policy: Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another event, except in the case of a cancelled or significantly rescheduled performance.
3.2 Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the Venue or the promoter, Ticket Holders will be offered an exchange for a rescheduled date or a full refund of the face value of the ticket. The Venue is not liable for any personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality arrangements made relating to the event.
3.3 Changes to Line-up: The Venue reserves the right to alter the advertised programme, artists, or performance times without prior notice and without obligation to offer a refund or exchange.
4. Admission & Event Etiquette
4.1 The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission or to request that a Ticket Holder leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or dangerous.
4.2 Latecomers: To ensure a high-quality experience for performers and the audience, latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Admission for latecomers is at the absolute discretion of the Venue management.
4.3 The use of professional cameras, video recording equipment, or audio recording devices is strictly prohibited during the performance without prior written consent from the Venue.
4.4 Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices must be silenced or switched off before the performance begins.
5. Age Restrictions & Safeguarding
5.1 Age restrictions may apply to specific events. It is the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to check these restrictions prior to booking.
5.2 Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises.
6. Photography & Recording by the Venue
6.1 By attending an event, Ticket Holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or sound-recorded as part of the audience.
6.2 The Venue reserves the right to use such recordings and images for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without payment or further notice to the Ticket Holder.
7. Liability
7.1 The Venue accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought onto the premises that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
7.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Venue’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
